Inside each one of us resides a 'seed', which, as in nature, contains our Essence. From there our whole being originates. From there our Potential emanates.
Yet it is easy to lose contact with this Seed, to forget about it and not take care of it. 
Nevertheless, it is always there, just waiting to be recognised, experienced, nurtured.
And it manifests itself even where we would never think to look for it.
I invite you to spend a day of awareness, listening, meditation and sharing together to bring your Seed to Light and, if you wish, allow it to sprout and manifest in all its potential.
The course will take place at the Sala Patriziale in Curtina, an enchanting village immersed in nature about twenty minutes from Lugano.
