Afiordigusto bio bistro and shop Energetic "ZERO WASTE" WORKSHOP
The year 2024 opens with a new proposal. The 'zero waste' idea brought forward by the friends of the bio bistrot, through their testedirapa ZERO WASTE bio project, becomes the basis on which to bring light to awareness and reflection: waste begins from within. The theme is presented in an experiential workshop in the bistro. Find out more on the Courses page.

With Mamasté Spirit by Alicia Rossi: periodic cycles of weekly meditations to introduce Meditation into our daily lives.
With Monica Gialdini's Marjmò an unusual proposal: "Scoprire il Sentire" allowed participants to experience Awareness through their relationship with stones and colours, without theories, but by getting in touch with our personal feeling.

Deep gratitude goes to my Master, Bartolomeo
Lanza, whose greatness goes hand in
hand with humility. Over the years he has shown me total
consistency with what he teaches, in his words as in his deeds.
With patience, love and dedication for his students, he has led me
in the exploration of myself and on the path of guiding and helping
others. His unconditional love for Life
and for human beings is daily an example to me in its authenticity,
pragmatism and acceptance.
Thanks go to another teacher whom I had the joy and honor of meeting through Yoga: Giorgio Savigliano. His approach to Yoga is understood as a path of deep inner knowing through the expression of Energy in our physical and subtle bodies.
Thanks to Steeve Lazzarotto, friend and Reiki Master, and for initiating me into Reiki, of which I am a second-level practitioner/operator.
