Starting in September, I will welcome you again every Wednesday, following the school calendar for our monthly cycles of guided meditations at Mamasté Spirit in Pregassona - Lugano. Appointment every Wednesday morning from 9 to 10 a.m. to get our day off to the best possible start.
Instead of putting on the 'autopilot' of our habits and beliefs, let's consciously choose who we want to be and what we want to bring of ourselves into our day. Only then can a spiritual and more subtle approach be applied in our daily lives.
Places are limited and registration is compulsory.
It is not possible to attend individual meetings, packages are monthly or quarterly: 90 CHF per month or 250 CHF quarterly.
