For
a decade my Source of learning, growth and training has been and
continues to be Sheva Center
di Lugano, in the person of my master and mentor: Bartolomeo
Lanza.
The choice to be an Awareness Guide originates from a path of personal evolution with Bartolomeo, which changed my life so radically that I began to wish that the same opportunity to get out of affliction-generating mechanisms to go back to a path of love for oneself and the world could be given to as many people as possible.
Since then I have continued to learn and walk this path daily for myself and for those who come to me.

The Message
The valuable teachings that I am honoured to cherish and pass on arise from the coming together and elaboration from different sources.
The fundamentals are simple and immediate: to bring each Individual back to himself, to the original, to our Essence of Love, realizing that Suffering is not a condemnation, that we can be free of it, taking back into our own hands the faculty of Choice of our Attitude, beyond what life brings us face to face with.
When we choose to remove the veil of illusion and face our fears without falling into them, we realize what mechanisms prevent us from being happy, and from there the opportunity arises to dissolve our Blocks and Resistances.
Gli insegnamenti preziosi che sono onorata di custodire e trasmettere nascono dall’unione e dall’elaborazione di fonti di diversa provenienza.
I fondamenti sono semplici e immediati: riportare ogni Individuo a sé stesso, all’originale, realizzando che la Sofferenza non è una condanna, che possiamo esserne liberi, riprendendo nelle nostre mani la facoltà di Scelta della nostra Attitudine, al di là di ciò con cui la vita ci porta a confrontarci.
Quando scegliamo di togliere il velo dell’illusione e di guardare in faccia le nostre paure senza caderci dentro, realizziamo quali meccanismi ci impediscono di essere felici e da lì si presenta l’opportunità di sciogliere i nostri Blocchi e le nostre Resistenze.
By finding ourselves in our Nature, awakening our Potential we rediscover our true Identity.
We realize that we belong to a Wider Dimension than the one of our Ego, built on foundations of Fear, Beliefs and Conclusions accumulated during our life journey.
At the same time as Individuals we do not lose our Uniqueness and Difference.
It is a very pragmatic approach to Spirituality, which finds meaning only when we can bring it concretely into our daily Life, here and now.
Ritrovandoci
nella nostra Natura, risvegliando il nostro
Potenziale riscopriamo la nostra vera
Identità.
Realizziamo che apparteniamo ad una Dimensione più
Larga del nostro Ego, costruito su
fondamenti di Paura, Credenze e
Conclusioni accumulate durante il percorso di
vita.
Allo stesso tempo come Individui non perdiamo la
nostra Unicità e la nostra
Differenza.
È un approccio molto pragmatico alla Spiritualità, che trova senso solo quando possiamo portarla concretamente nella nostra Vita quotidiana, qui e ora.

For several years now I have been on my journey as a being, as a
woman, a daughter, a mother, an Awareness guide and much more,
driven by a great desire to continue learning, to share all this
Good with those who desire it and to be of help in freeing
ourselves from our chains of Fear and Suffering to go back to
Joy and the Gift of
Life.
