4 meetings: an introductory awareness path to help our children spontaneously listen to themselves in a deep, attentive and focused way.
An after-school course organised in two age groups to best meet their needs and what they experience: 1/2/3rd SE and 4th/5th SE.
Through play and imagery, children can explore themselves, discover their own resources and qualities and learn to trust themselves. These will support them in their development and daily learning. It will then become easier and more natural to care for and respect themselves and others, to communicate what they experience, and to relate to the world and today's reality.
The aim of these meetings is to begin to provide them with simple and concrete tools of support, with which they will then learn to empower themselves independently.
