After the first cycle, the awareness workshop dedicated to 4th and 5th grade children continues with a new series of meetings in February 2024.
Our journey to discover the "Seed" within us continues, and in particular, for this age group, the seed that becomes a sprout and grows.

By experimenting, children discover their own resources and qualities and learn to trust them, so that they can support them in their development and daily learning. 
An introductory path of awareness to help our children spontaneously listen to themselves in a deep, attentive and focused way, giving them simple and concrete tools to relate to themselves and the world.

The workshop is also open to those who did not participate in the first cycle and will be held at the Cadro primary school.
